Oak Singing Tree of One Planet Living

The Oak Singing Tree of One Planet Living was created in one week by students at Credo High School, a Waldorf-inspired charter school in Rohnert Park, California.  The high school students focused on four aspects of One Planet Living – Health and Happiness, Sustainable Water, Culture and Community, Land and Nature. The tree grows out of a green heart with an eagle’s head, with hands holding the earth and the continents formed into human profiles. Mini Wiconi – water is life- is carved into the tree, which is surrounded by music, planets and a girl on a swing. SOMO Village sponsored this opportunity to empower young people through Creative Collaboration.
