Young people from China, Nepal, Germany and the U.S. worked together to turn their heartbreak into healing, their pain into purpose, and their trauma into beauty at #Bioneers2023, making The Singing Tree that Heals Heartbreak. Because of the David Brower’s Center need to not have anything that spills in their facility, this Singing Tree is made with colored pencil and chalk on watercolor paper. It was completed by Albany Middle School’s Mural Club. Flax Art and Design Store of Oakland supported this project.
