This mural was facilitated by Kathleen Brigidina with 15 participants gathered at the Simple Balance Holistic Healing Center. They began with a guided visualization remembering we are part of Nature we not seperate. The participants used Earth pigments and Elements foraged from Nature. They set the canvas on a table and began painting in a revolving circle from one area to the next. Feeling into their interwovenness with Earth and each other as they blended and overlapped their own art with each other’s art.
