We might need a tutorial to make sure everyone knows how to do that. Also they may not be getting this message if you don't write to folks directly. You can try writing them a private message. I think events is probably Bennett, who needs access to the site. kbdancer I think is Kathryn. and skipped might be Bennett as well. porterbacons I think is Maureen. Also FYI this is the public UTC group. And there is also a Singing Tree Facilitator's Group that is private. :)
